Cinnamon Pork Tenderloin Dry Rub
This is a simple dry rub for pork. I’m sure it would go great on many cuts, I used it on a tenderloin and it came out great. Unfortunately I’m not good with measuring, but if you go by the pictures you can estimate. I don’t think that will be a problem because most cooks I know measure by eye.
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Lightly rub onto your tenderloin, double wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour before grilling.
A simple rub with good taste. 8 out of 10.
