Hey there!  My name’s Nick and I love to cook.  Some of my favorite foods come off the bbq and smoker, so I decided to make a site where I can share some recipes (some my own, some found elsewhere) and tips I’ve discovered along the way.

What I’ve learned is that one of the most important parts of cooking is the prep – and in the bbq world that means the rub.  I’ll share some of my favorite rubs along with photos of the food I got to enjoy.  And yes, I’ve messed up quite a few dishes and I will share those too.

For starters, here are a few things I cooked up within the past month or two.
