    Instructions
    1. Follow instructions on the box and make some mac n cheese
    2. Let sit for a couple minutes
    3. Roll out a piece of plastic wrap (about 12x12")
    4. Put two scoops (about 1/7th of the pot) into the middle
    5. Fold over the plastic and cover the mac n cheese
    6. Roll up, grab both ends and twist up tightly like a little sausage. There should be very little to no air inside, but formed into a small oval shape
    7. Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours
    8. Heat up a deep fryer with olive oil (or oil of your choice) to 375. You want at least 3 inches of oil
    9. Grab 3 bowls - one with the four eggs (beaten), one with flour, and one with panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
    10. Unwrap the frozen ball and roll in the flour
    11. Dip in the egg
    12. Back in the flour
    13. Back in the egg one more time for extra thickness
    14. Now roll in the panko and really push it on there
    15. Cut yourself a piece of cooking string, about 14-16" long
    16. Wrap the mac n cheese in a piece of bacon, and tie with the string to prevent the bacon from coming loose
    17. Place in the deep fryer for about 10 minutes (I put two at a time so they don't stick together) or until the bacon is fully cooked
    18. Unwrap and eat!
