    1. Start out by combining 1 1/2 cups of orange juice, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp salt and 1 tbsp honey in a bowl. Mix well, this is your brine
    2. Pour brine into large ziplock bag and add chicken. Seal tightly, removing as much air as possible and making sure all the chicken in submersed. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours
    3. In a large saucepan, add 2 cups of orange juice, 4 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp honey. Cook over medium-high heat until it thickens, stirring every 15 minutes
    4. Place your chicken on the grill and cook until almost fully done
    5. When your glaze thickens, toss chicken in it and return to grill. Cook 15 minutes and toss in glaze again, returning to grill until done
    6. Enjoy!
