If you tried our easy skirt steak marinade and have leftovers, this is a real no brainer as a second meal. Literally only takes about 5 minutes and you’re done, you can’t beat that! Delicious, cheesy skirt steak quesadillas can be served with extra salsa, guacamole, sour cream or nothing at all because they’re already jam-packed with flavor.
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped skirt steak
4 tbsp Mexican blend cheese
1 tbsp salsa
Heat up a pan with some butter in it, lay out the tortilla and spread out the cheese evenly, staying away from the edges just enough that the cheese won’t leak out.
Spread out the steak on one half.
Pour on some salsa onto the same side with the steak.
Fold the tortilla over once cheese starts to melt.
Cook until brown on both sides.
